活性污泥系统动态比耗氧速率的检测与可行性验证

Abstract:

为了考察活性污泥系统动态比耗氧速率(RSOUR)的变化规律以及作为硝化反应过程控制参数的可行性,提出了一种在线检测、同时反馈SBR工艺活性污泥SOUR的方法.采用SBR1和SBR2两个反应器,分别接种亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)和氨氧化菌(AOB)占优势的活性污泥,试验结果表明,SBR1系统反应到第290min时,氨氧化结束,RSOUR大幅下降,每克MLSS每分钟耗氧从0.074mg降到0.013mg;SBR2系统反应到第206min时,氨氧化结束,RSOUR大幅下降,每克MLSS每分钟从0.01mg降到0.004mg.RSOUR的骤降为硝化反应结束的特征点,此时应停止曝气.通过考察RSOUR曲线的变化规律,捕捉曲线上的特征点,可实现控制硝化反应进程,为以RSOUR为参数进行实时控制奠定理论基础.
