高密度沉淀池-超滤组合工艺处理微污染水中试

Abstract:

采用高密度沉淀池-超滤组合中试工艺,处理存在低温、低浊、高藻、高有机物等特点的微污染原水.试验结果表明,组合工艺对浊度、藻类及微生物指标的去除效果极佳,出水浊度值在0.07~0.09NTU,藻类基本全部去除,未检测出总大肠杆菌群;组合工艺的CODMn和氨氮去除率分别达到31.12%和52.65%,具有良好的处理效果.在高密度沉淀池中投加3mg/L和5mg/L的粉末活性炭,可使CODMn去除率分别提高至38.6%和44.6%,超滤出水ρ(CODMn)已远低于3.0mg/L,并能延缓膜污染,降低跨膜压差增长速度,有效延长超滤膜的化学清洗周期.
