介观物理系统中0.7结构的研究进展

Abstract:

对介观物理系统中0.7结构的研究方法和研究现状进行了总结分析,重点介绍了Thomas等人的量子点接触(QPC)实验模型和以密度泛函理论(DFT)与格林函数方法为基础的自旋自发极化理论模型,并指出0.7结构研究的方向和物理意义.
