办公建筑综合性能评价方法及应用

Abstract:

采用改进层次分析法,构建了一个包含承重、维护、装饰装修、给水排水、采暖、空调、电气分系统的办公建筑综合评价指标体系;确立了该指标体系各指标定量或定性的评价标准及等级,并建立了相应的模糊评价模型,实现了办公建筑从分系统到整体的模糊量化评价.最后,结合工程实例对本文提出的综合性能评价指标体系和模糊评价方法进行了验证.
