三氯化铁混凝-气浮处理VAE乳液废水效能研究

Abstract:

为获得VAE乳液废水的有效处理方法,采用FeCl3混凝-气浮法,考察了水力条件、pH值、药剂投量及原水水质等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明,FeCl3混凝-气浮是一种有效的VAE乳液废水处理方法,水力条件、pH值、药剂投量及原水水质等因素对处理效果均有不同程度的影响,其最佳混凝条件为:搅拌强度为350r/min,絮凝时间为8min,回流比为50%,pH范围为7~9;最佳条件下,ρFeCl3为175mg/L时,可使原水浊度由2653NTU降为26.89NTU,ρCOD从3085mg/L降为64.71mg/L,去除率分别达到99%和97.5%,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996中要求的二级排放标准.
