航空涡轮喷气发动机涡轮盘材料的现状及发展

Abstract:
综合分析近二十年来一些国外航空涡轮喷气发动机的发展(见表1),不难看出其推力不断增大,由几百到几万公斤;翻修寿命不断延长,由几百到几万小时;涡轮入口温度不断提高,由800°~900℃到1300℃以上,并向更高(如1650℃)发展。随着这些进展,相应地要求涡轮盘加大尺寸,改进材料的耐热性和长期稳定性。从不同型号喷气发动机采用的涡轮盘材料来看(见表2),有着从马氏体不锈钢及固
