硫对GCr15轴承钢K_(Ⅰc)的影响

Abstract:
关于硫对碳铬轴承钢接触寿命的影响,有些人认为含硫在0.14%以内是无害的;也有人认为起着有益的作用。Murray等提出轴承钢中硫化物可将氧化物夹杂包住而形成共生夹杂物,可以减轻氧化物的坏影响。Brookshank等进一步解释为氧化铝和铝酸钙一类夹杂的膨胀系数小,钢因淬火而收缩时,这些央杂的周围便产生拉应力,而硫化锰夹杂的膨胀系数比钢的大,因此在淬火时,硫化物周围不产生拉应力。氧化物夹杂之所以比硫化物坏是由于它和基体的密接性有关。还有钢在加工过程中,硫化物呈塑性变形,和基体间难以形成间隔;相反,非塑性变形的氧化物夹杂,和基体之间容易形成局部间隔,应力集中就显著。
