不同浓度条件下玉米吸收菲的水培实验研究

Abstract:

通过水培实验模拟了不同浓度条件下玉米对多环芳烃(菲)的吸收情况。结果表明,在所设定的0.5 ̄4.0mg.L-1菲浓度范围内,培养14d时玉米根和茎叶中菲的含量分别为0.547 ̄3.512mg.kg-1和0.037 ̄0.320mg.kg-1,其含量随着污染浓度的增高而增大。玉米茎叶中菲的含量远远小于根中菲的含量。水培条件下,玉米茎叶中的菲主要来自于根部的吸收,从空气中吸收的量较少。在低浓度条件下,玉米茎叶对菲富集较慢,高浓度则较快;玉米根对菲的富集能力则随着污染浓度的升高而降低。一定时间后玉米茎叶和根分别对菲的富集能力趋于一致。
