优势降解菌群生物强化修复石油污染土壤

Abstract:

通过单菌株的石油降解实验及GC-MS分析以4株降解菌构建成优势降解菌群投加到石油污染土壤进行生物强化修复,并以土壤呼吸作为评价生物活性的指标。结果表明,在40d的修复过程中,生物强化效率比自然修复提高了15.59%。影响生物修复效果的环境因素有温度、氮磷浓度、通氧量等。温度越高降解率越大,生物生长越活跃,在40℃翻土条件下的土壤修复率达到68.82%,比15℃同条件下的修复率高了25.88%;投加氮磷营养物质,增加土壤的通氧量也有利于生物生长,促进降解。
