高温堆肥中复合菌系对木质纤维素和林丹降解效果的研究

Abstract:

通过在堆肥中加入经过驯化构建的降解纤维素和林丹的复合菌系,探讨了接菌处理对提高堆肥效率和有效去除有机污染物的可能性。结果表明,该复合菌系对纤维素、半纤维素和林丹的降解都有较为明显的促进作用,而木质素含量在整个堆肥过程中几乎不降解,复合菌系的接种也未对其产生明显影响。同时使可溶性糖和淀粉在堆肥初期的分解加速,使堆肥在60℃以上高温持续时间延长,从而有利于有机碳的分解,有效缩短了堆肥腐熟时间。
