Chryseobacterium sp.降解β-环糊精包埋的甲基叔丁基醚

Abstract:

甲基叔丁基醚(methyltert-butylether,MTBE)的泄漏给地下水和饮用水带来了严重的污染,其处理技术与方法已成为环境治理的热点问题。低成本的β-环糊精可以包埋许多碳氢化合物,不但能减少挥发性有机物的挥发,而且能提高碳氢化合物的生物捕获性能,提高微生物生长速率。本研究利用β-环糊精这一特性研究了其对甲基叔丁基醚的包埋,并利用实验室筛选的高效降解菌Chryseobacteriumsp.A-3降解被β-环糊精包埋的MTBE。结果发现,细菌能通过β-环糊精包埋降毒和共代谢两方面的作用提高MTBE的降解率,克服了目前甲基叔丁基醚生物降解出现的降解速率缓慢,细胞得率低的问题,为MTBE的去除提供新的思路。
