甘草提取物对2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并-p-二噁英致建鲤精密肝切片组织损伤中生化指标及免疫功能的影响

Abstract:

利用精密肝组织切片来评价甘草提取物对2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并-p-二噁英(TCDD)诱导建鲤精密肝切片损伤的保护作用,将制备的肝组织切片分为6个处理组,即Control组、TCDD模型组、甘草提取物对照组、甘草提取物前处理组、甘草提取物后处理组、甘草提取物前后处理组,其中甘草提取物前处理组、甘草提取物后处理组、甘草提取物前后处理组分别换用含0.2、0.4、0.8 mg·mL-1的甘草提取物L-15培养基与精密肝切片共培养,用于检测损伤肝切片培养液中丙氨酸转氨酶(GPT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(GOT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量变化,结果表明:前处理组甘草提取物可以较好缓解TCDD对肝组织造成的损伤,降低了肝切片培养液中GOT、GPT活性以及MDA、TNF-α、IL-1β、IgM含量,提高了培养液中SOD活性。这说明甘草提取物可以有效抑制TCDD造成的肝组织损伤,对肝组织具有明显的保护作用
