几种人工湿地基质微生物活性研究

Abstract:

人工湿地基质是人工湿地处理系统的重要组成部分,采用土壤培养和污水模拟试验相结合,选择4种基质研究其微生物活性变化及其对氮去除的影响。结果表明:砂子/土壤/泥炭的混合物,土壤/砂子的混合物,土壤和砂子的微生物活性(微生物生物量碳、微生物生物量氮、基础呼吸和酶活性)存在很大的差异,微生物活性的大小顺序是:砂子/土壤/泥炭混合物>土壤>土壤/砂子混合物>砂子。基质微生物活性受其碳含量影响并与碳含量呈正相关。氮去除量与基质微生物活性有关,并与基质微生物生物量碳、氮和基础呼吸呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。微生物活性可以作为反映人工湿地净化能力的有效指标。
