甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐衍生化条件优化及在土壤残留检测中的应用

Abstract:

为考察衍生化反应时间、温度、光照、衍生化试剂浓度以及衍生化产物稳定性等因素对衍生化反应的影响,建立测定土壤中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的柱前衍生化高效液相色谱荧光测定方法,采用三氟乙酸酐(TFAA)-N-甲基咪唑(NMIM)-乙腈(ACN)法进行柱前衍生化,研究衍生化因子的影响。土壤样品经甲醇提取,以高效液相色谱-荧光检测器进行甲维盐残留量分析结果表明:在20℃,避光条件下,先后加入等量NMIM-CAN(1+9)和TFAA-CAN(1+9),衍生化效率达到最高,此时,对土壤中甲维盐的最低检测浓度为0.001mg·L-1;在0.005~1mg·kg-1时,甲维盐添加回收率为91.74%~102.68%,变异系数在2.55%~7.55%之间。在最大衍生率下,高效液相色谱-荧光检测法准确可靠,灵敏度和准确度均达到农药残留检测的要求。
