水处理污泥中铁盐循环利用的实验研究

Abstract:

以废水处理产生的含铁盐污泥为研究对象,确定铁盐回收最佳条件,探讨铁盐回收效果及可循环性。结果表明:在酸化法和超声波协同作用下,铁盐回收率和总固体减少量之间存在线性关系,铁盐回收率和总固体减量随pH值降低、超声波功率增加、作用时间延长而提高。温度可以改变污泥的性质,破坏金属多核络合物的结构,25℃以后铁盐回收率和总固体减少量没有明显提高。当新鲜铁盐和回收铁盐1∶1配比时,有效减缓重金属离子和有机物累积,效果与新鲜铁盐絮凝剂相当。采用酸化法和超声波协同作用回收水处理污泥中铁盐可以实现污泥的资源化与减量化,达到经济效益和环境效益的统一。
