基于阻抗法的洛菲不动杆菌生长模型

Abstract:

利用平板计数法和阻抗法研究环境因子(温度和pH值)对洛菲不动杆菌最大生长速率比、培养液电导、导纳最大增长速率比的影响,采用二次旋转组合设计,分别获得了洛菲不动杆菌最大生长速率比对数值、电导最大增长速率比对数值、导纳最大增长速率比对数值与温度、pH值关系的多项式方程(Pr<0.05),并对建立的方程进行了验证。结果表明,洛菲不动杆菌最大生长速率模型优于另两个模型,R2=0.9455,另两个模型在最大增长速率比小于0.06时效果较好。分别将阻抗法获得的电导最大增长速率比、导纳最大增长速率比与平板计数法获得的洛菲不动杆菌最大生长速率比进行相关关系分析,建立了立方模型,模型的R2分别为0.859和0.806。
