Abstract:

针对天然气均质压燃过程中存在起动困难和燃烧敲缸的问题,设计开发了天然气分层充气热面点火燃烧系统。试验研究表明,采用低压供气方式有利于燃烧系统实现着火起动。适当减小通道直径、增加高压供气比例及减小高压供气定时有利于促进缸内混合气的浓度分层,实现主副燃烧室的两级燃烧,有效抑制了燃烧敲缸。镶块通道直径8mm、1200r/min时可达到相同转速下原机功率的83%,1400r/min时可达到相同转速下原机功率的73%,同时NOx排放较直喷压燃式天然气机有所降低。
