水果机器视觉分选机滚子式输送翻转机构优化设计

Abstract:

对滚子式水果自动分选机输送翻转机构进行了优化设计,使该机构能输送大小相差近一倍的水果,并使所有水果都以近似相同的角速度均匀翻转。求解了滚子的滚身母线方程,分析了各设计参数必须满足的条件,并给出了相应设计参数的优化设计方法。实际图像采集结果表明,在摄像机连续采集两幅图像的时间间隔内,大小相差近一倍的苹果在该机构上转过的角度近似相等。
