钢纤维类型对混凝土弯曲性能的影响

Abstract:

选用铣削、弓形、圆直形三种类型的钢纤维,对其对混凝土的增强与增韧作用进行试验。试验结果表明,铣削、弓形、圆直形钢纤维混凝土的抗弯强度分别比基准混凝土提高19.0%、13.6%、9.5%,而其弯曲韧性系数分别比基准混凝土提高355.3%、501.0%、204.8%。按增强与增韧作用,三种类型的钢纤维可以划分为增强、增韧和普通型。可根据不同的工程需要,选用不同类型的钢纤维。
