Abstract:

由于塔头结构的变化,在三相导线垂直排列布置方式的交流500kV同塔双回紧凑型输电线路上带电作业时,作业人员进出等电位的路径与一般紧凑型线路有很大不同。针对此种线路杆塔的特殊性,分别对进出杆塔上、中、下三相导线等电位的作业方式进行了试验研究,得到了组合间隙的50%操作冲击放电电压和组合间隙距离的关系曲线,并根据试验结果计算分析了带电作业危险率和所需的最小安全距离。通过试验分析了相间操作冲击放电电压对带电作业的影响,确定了带电作业在不同过电压幅值时相间所需的最小安全距离。进行了相间操作冲击电压下带电作业人员在导线上等电位作业的模拟试验,校核了各种工况下的带电作业的危险率,确定了安全合理的带电作业方式。
