IEC61850第2版简介及其在智能电网中的应用展望

Abstract:

介绍了IECTC57技术委员会第10工作组正在制订的IEC61850第2版的体系架构,及其与第1版相比修改和增加的内容。修改的核心内容包括变电站配置语言(IEC61850-6)的修改,对象模型的增加(IEC61850-7),过程总线的冗余解决方案(IEC61850-9),一致性测试;扩充的内容包括用于变电站之间以及变电站与控制中心之间的通信规范,清洁能源等领域的信息建模和通信映射,以及相关的外围标准等。指出IEC61850第2版已经将应用领域扩展到变电站之外,涵盖了电力公用事业自动化的各个方面,对目前智能电网的研究与建设将发挥重要的推动作用。
