大型地区电网安全运行多层次综合决策支持系统的设计

Abstract:

在分析了现有调度自动化系统应用现状的基础上,结合智能电网的发展趋势,设计了大型地区电网安全运行多层次综合决策支持系统的体系架构、功能框架和应用模式,研究了相关关键技术,阐述了系统的“嵌入式”实现模式及其应用情况。该系统首先按照电网运行状态的变化过程,将电网运行状态划为正常运行期、故障发生前的告警征兆期、故障发生后的诊断辨识期和故障恢复期等4个阶段,并针对不同阶段设计了相应决策子系统;然后根据研究目标电网结构的不同,将系统分为实时态、研究态、规划态和培训态4种应用模式,实现电网安全运行的多层次综合决策支持,以保障电网的安全稳定运行。
