基于稳态分析和区间层次分析法的分布式电源最佳位置确定方法

Abstract:

分布式发电的并网运行将对电力系统的安全稳定产生极大影响。为了确定分布式电源并网的最佳位置,首先对分布式电源并网系统进行稳态分析初筛候选集方案,然后选取若干电网运行指标,应用区间层次分析法对其进行综合评估,最终确定分布式电源并网最佳位置。利用电力系统计算分析软件BPA对IEEE9节点系统进行仿真计算,给出了详细的分布式电源最优并网位置的决策步骤。结果表明,利用上述方法确定的分布式电源并网位置,可以保证电力系统的安全稳定和最优运行。
