改善电力系统局部电压稳定指标精度的策略

Abstract:

首先建立适用于实际电力系统的局部电压稳定指标的模型;针对网络中存在发电机和负荷共线的混合节点,计及混合节点中负荷和发电机对指标值的共同作用,提出将混合节点分裂为发电机内电势节点和电压可控负荷节点、发电机经升压变接入混合节点和发电机经升压变、负荷经降压变接入混合节点3种改善局部电压稳定指标精度的方案,重点研究了将负荷与发电机共线的混合节点分裂为发电机内电势节点和电压可控负荷节点的方案;在此基础上,设计电压稳定在线监测的处理流程。所提方法物理概念清晰、计算速度快、精度高,考虑了混合节点中负荷和发电机对于局部电压稳定指标值的影响,提高了电压稳定在线监测的精度,算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
