主动配电系统规划和运行中的重要问题

Abstract:

介绍了主动配电系统的概念及发展,重点分析了主动配电系统技术的未来发展趋势,从规划和运行2个方面提出需重点关注的技术方向,包括考虑运行过程的配电系统规划、考虑负荷与分布式能源高级建模的配电系统规划模型、高渗透率分布式能源接入条件下的调度控制模型、主动配电系统的电压控制技术等。结合我国电网和经济社会情况,指出主动配电网的发展应重点研究规划方法、灵活的网络拓扑、主动控制方法、主动管理技术、用户侧需求响应和管理的双向协调整合、柔性配电和交直流混合微网技术、储能技术和电力电子智能装备等关键技术,以提升配电网调度的灵活性,提升配电网对大规模分布式能源的接纳能力。
