考虑参数不确定性的电力系统区间线性状态估计

Abstract:

由于网络模型参数的近似理论和量测误差的存在,电力系统状态估计的结果具有不确定性。利用区间分析方法处理状态估计中电网参数及量测的不确定性,可得到系统状态量的上下界限。综合已有的数据采集与监控(supervisorycontrolanddataacquisition,SCADA)系统及相量测量单元(phasormeasurementunit,PMU)实时混合量测数据,以传统高斯消去法(intervalGausselimination,IGE)的结果作为初值,利用Krawczyk算子对量测方程进行求解,得到更接近解集真实值的区间向量。最后,对IEEE标准系统及某实际省网进行测试,与IGE和蒙特卡洛法进行比较,结果表明所提方法在收敛性、估计精度均具有明显的优势。
