计及暂态电压安全性的风电场无功电压协调控制

Abstract:

针对风电场并网电压调控问题,提出一种计及双馈风电场暂态电压安全性的无功电压控制策略。在分析典型的放射式集电系统电压分布特点的基础上,对其稳态运行状态设计了相应的无功电压协调控制方案。稳态运行时的电压协调控制以均衡风电机组机端电压裕度、提高无功补偿设备动态储备容量和提高系统电压稳定性为目标,从而在电网电压扰动或电网故障期间有效地预防风电机组连锁脱网,提高风电场运行的安全性,起到预防控制的效果。最后通过实际算例仿真验证了本文所提控制方法的有效性和可行性。
