我国互联电网电压稳定评价标准框架探讨

Abstract:

作者介绍了我国电力系统电压无功管理标准,指出了无功管理标准中存在的问题,推荐了静态电压稳定评价指标,并结合我国电网的发展现状,借鉴国外电压稳定的评价标准,分析了影响电压稳定评价的相关因素,提出了适合于我国互联电网电压稳定性评价的标准框架。
