以牵引变电站灵活补偿为目标的铁道统一电能质量控制器容量综合配置

Abstract:

首先提出采用铁道统一电能质量控制器(railwayunifiedpowerqualitycontroller,RUPQC)实现牵引变电站综合补偿的充要条件;然后在建立牵引负荷标幺化模型的基础上,分别以实现完全补偿和灵活补偿为目标,提出了结合固定补偿装置的RUPQC容量综合配置方法。数值分析表明,采用该配置方法并结合灵活最优控制策略,RUPQC可在全负荷范围内满足灵活补偿的目标,不但显著降低了装置的工程造价,而且在任意负荷条件下均能实现对装置补偿容量的最优利用。
