含风电场的电力系统中考虑调峰压力平衡的机组检修规划模型

Abstract:

大规模风电并网给电力系统的调峰带来新的挑战,发电机组检修停运将对系统的调峰能力产生一定的影响,随着并网风电规模地加大,机组检修规划需要考虑系统的调峰能力协调问题。在含风电场的电力系统中,提出了综合考虑检修经济性、可靠性和调峰压力平衡的中长期机组检修规划模型。结合风电接入后对系统调峰的影响及不同发电机组的调峰能力,提出了含风电系统的调峰压力衡量指标,并据此研究了检修规划中的调峰压力平衡方法。根据机组的不同调峰能力和系统不同时段的调峰压力大小合理安排机组检修,均衡系统的调峰压力;在约束条件方面增加了系统的最大调峰压力约束,以保证检修安排后系统的调峰压力保持在合理水平。采用遗传算法对建立的模型进行求解。算例结果验证了该模型的有效性。
