Abstract:

插电式混合电动汽车(plug-inhybridelectricvehicle,PHEV)的快速发展将对配电网产生重要影响。在此背景下,建立了用于分析PHEV充电对配电网影响的充电负荷模型,提出了用于改善PHEV充电对配电网影响的优化充电策略。分析了影响PHEV充电的2个关键随机因素的概率分布,并计及随机因素,建立了充电功率按照充电曲线变化的PHEV充电负荷的概率模型。PHEV采用自由充电方式和负荷低谷充电方式时对配电网有不同程度的影响,为此提出了考虑随机因素,以负荷方差最小化为目标的优化充电策略。以IEEE40节点辐射型配电网系统为例,通过Matlab仿真,分析了采用3种充电方式时,不同数量的PHEV充电对配电网负荷曲线、网络线损及节点电压偏移的影响。结果表明,采用优化充电方式减小了网络线损和节点电压偏移,有效改善了PHEV充电对配电网的影响。
