计量用合并单元及电子式互感器计量接口规范化探讨

Abstract:

国内各制造厂家生产的电子式互感器输出接口差异较大,造成计量校准工作繁琐、管理困难等一系列问题。为充分发挥电子式互感器计量通道的优势,在调研以及广泛征求各方专家意见的基础上,提出了计量用合并单元的概念。计量用合并单元相比传统的合并单元去掉了保护用电流值、中性点电压值和电流值及母线电压值,仅保留计量用电流值和电压值,保证计量数据的传送和输出。为完善电子式互感器法定计量管理措施,统一电子式互感器计量输出接口,在计量用合并单元的基础上提出了电子式互感器计量接口规范化的具体方案,作为电子式互感器接口技术电力行业标准制定的基础。
