基于H∞混合灵敏度的微电网频率控制

Abstract:

微电网有功功率的不平衡将导致微电网频率波动,为平抑微电网频率的波动,提出了控制微型燃气轮机的功率来使微电网功率平衡的方案。分析了微电网功率平衡原理,在建立了微电网模型后,基于H?混合灵敏度原理设计了鲁棒控制器,使微型燃气轮机输出功率跟随负荷变化,进而平抑频率波动。算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
