含大规模风电的电力系统多时间尺度滚动协调调度方法研究

Abstract:

以“时序递进、滚动协调和消纳风电最大化”为原则,提出了一种含大规模风电的电力系统多时间尺度滚动协调调度方法。多时间尺度调度计划的递进协调方法使得各个时间尺度计划各司其职,同时兼顾与上下时间级尺度的协调。3种不同时间尺度的滚动计划(年内、周内和日内滚动计划)能够根据风电、负荷等最新预测信息和机组电量实际完成情况,按照相应的时间周期滚动修正原有发电计划,有效克服风电的不确定性影响。为了最大化消纳风电,在短时间尺度计划的目标函数中计及弃风惩罚成本。以修改的IEEE118节点系统为算例进行仿真,结果验证了上述方法的正确性和有效性。
