基于孤岛运行特性的微电网可靠性分析

Abstract:

分析了微电网中风电机组的出力随机特性，计及储能运行策略、工作状态及其充放电约束，通过全时序模拟重点分析了微电网孤岛模式的运行状态及可靠性。基于负荷分块的思想，综合考虑负荷重要程度及位置2方面因素，研究了孤岛模式的负荷削减策略。最后基于孤岛运行特性，提出了微电网孤岛平均首次持续运行时间和运行稳定率2个新的可靠性指标，并采用改进的RBTSBus6配电系统进行了可靠性评估，算例结果验证所提模型和算法的有效性。
