配网故障情况下电动汽车换电站V2G运行的主动控制策略

Abstract:

为减小电动汽车换电站V2G运行给配电网保护和自动化配置带来的影响,首先分析了换电站V2G运行对基于馈线终端单元(feederterminalunit,FTU)的馈线自动化和重合器-熔断器配合的馈线自动化故障处理过程的影响,然后根据造成影响的根本原因提出了换电站主动控制策略。该策略由2部分组成,一为换电站在架空线路和电缆线路配电网中的故障判别与应对策略,二为配电网故障情况下换电站中所有充放电机的协调控制策略。基于PSCAD软件搭建了馈线自动化仿真模型,并仿真分析了换电站采用主动控制策略时对馈线自动化的影响。结果表明,换电站主动控制策略有效减小了配电网故障期间换电站的输出电流,解决了基于FTU的馈线自动化系统中重合器重合闸失败和故障区域判断错误问题,以及重合器-熔断器配合的馈线自动化系统中配合失效的问题,且在各种故障情况下控制特性较好。
