新型注入式多电平电流源型变换器的研制

Abstract:

给出了大功率应用场合下多电平注入式电流源变换器的拓扑结构和开关触发时序。该拓扑通过控制与多抽头电抗器相连的开关器件,产生一定规律的多电平电流注入到常规12相主桥变换器中。主桥开关器件1个电网周期开关1次,开关频率低,将具有一定规律的电流波形注入2个并联主桥,不仅降低了一次侧交流输出电流的谐波畸变率,而且实现了主桥零电平换相。实验装置采集波形与PSCAD/EMTDC仿真波形吻合。
