基于风险预控的多区域电力网络能量-备用联合优化

Abstract:

在电力系统运行中优化备用资源配置,既要考虑其与电能资源的耦合关系,又要实现对于不同类型不确定因素的风险预控,同时统筹协调多控制区域的备用资源,以充分发挥互联电力系统的优势。为此,引入了面向多场景风险预控的“两阶段建模、一体化优化”决策模式,构建了基于风险预控的多区域电力网络中能量-备用联合优化模型,并通过算例分析验证了该模型的合理性与有效性。
