实用化的激励性可中断负荷最优补偿定价模型

Abstract:

针对现有激励性可中断负荷合同模型难以兼顾效率与实用性的问题,应用非线性定价理论,基于用户可中断负荷成本函数,引入信息显示与激励机制,提出了一种分段式补偿价格形式的实用化多选项可中断负荷合同,构造了一个最优的中断量和补偿定价模型。该模型能够引导用户自愿披露真实信息,实现负荷中断的最优配置的同时,较好地协调效率与实用两者之间的关系。算例验证了该模型的正确性和有效性。
