模块化多电平变流器的预充电控制策略

Abstract:

模块化多电平变流器(modularmultilevelconverter,MMC)启动过程需要对电容进行充电,目前主要采用不控充电,但该充电方法并不能将电容电压充到稳态运行时的电压值。为解决该问题,根据半桥子模块的3种工作状态,提出了闭锁充电过程和半闭锁充电过程,能将子模块的电容电压充到稳态运行时的电压值。3分析了交流侧和直流侧的闭锁和半闭锁充电过程,并提出了具体的实现方法。仿真结果表明了所提方法的有效性,电容能被充到稳态电压值,且充电过程中没有电流过冲。
