成型工艺对废旧瓦楞纸箱制备包装材料性能的影响

Abstract:

通过实验测试,研究了利用废旧瓦楞纸箱制备高强度包装材料过程中,成型工艺对制备材料性能的影响。结果表明,在打浆度相同时,热压压力的增大会使试样的抗张强度、断裂伸长率和弹性模量均得到提升,而热压温度的升高只能使抗张强度和弹性模量得到提升;在热压温度165℃、打浆度35°SR、热压压力2MPa条件下试样的断裂伸长率最大,150℃、27°SR、5MPa条件下试样的耐破度出现峰值;热压温度越高,热压压力越小,试样的挺度越好。综合考虑,为了节约能源、缩短制备周期,较优的成型工艺方案为打浆度27°SR,热压温度165℃,干燥方式根据实际需要选择5MPa热压干燥或0.08MPa真空干燥。
