肥料吸收活化剂对烟叶抗坏血酸谷胱甘肽循环系统及钾含量的影响

Abstract:

由硼、锌和精氨酸等组成的肥料吸收活化剂与肥料拌和施用,可在减少氮、磷、钾肥15%的情况下,明显提高烟叶光合速率、叶绿素含量和钾含量。烟叶成熟衰老过程中谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性及抗坏血酸(AsA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量降低,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)呈现先上升后下降趋势。活化剂处理可提高APX、GR活性及AsA、GSH含量。表明活化剂提高光合作用与AsAGSH清除H2O2系统及钾素的吸收利用增大有关。
