水分胁迫诱导玉米Zmrboh基因表达及ABA在其中的作用

Abstract:

利用定量和半定量PCR方法检测了玉米野生型及ABA缺失突变体vp5的ZmrbohA/B/C/D基因在水分胁迫下的表达情况。结果发现,水分胁迫能诱导玉米野生型ZmrbohA/B/C/D基因表达,并且表达在水分胁迫处理60min、150min时分别达到2个高峰,渗透势为-0.7MPa的水分胁迫诱导效果尤其显著;同样处理下vp5的ZmrbohA/B/C/D基因表达没有明显变化。表明ABA参与了水分胁迫诱导ZmrbohA/B/C/D基因表达的过程。
