毛尖紫萼藓GpAPX的克隆和信息学分析及其在植株干旱与复水下的表达分析

Abstract:

以毛尖紫萼藓(Grimmiapilifera)为试材,采用RACE技术克隆获得1个抗坏血酸过氧化物酶基因(APX)的cDNA序列,命名为GpAPX(GenBank登录号GU989311)。该基因全长1115bp,编码区为771bp,编码256个氨基酸,5’非翻译区为116bp,3’非翻译区为228bp。序列分析表明该基因属于过氧化物酶基因家族,与其他植物抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的同源性为70.2%~89.7%。实时定量PCR检测结果显示,GpAPX在干旱及复水条件下均能表达,表明GpAPX蛋白可能与抗旱性相关,在毛尖紫萼藓响应干旱胁迫过程中发挥作用。
