香蕉枯萎病拮抗菌的筛选鉴定及其生防效果

Abstract:

以海南发病香蕉园中的健康香蕉根际土壤为样品,以香蕉枯萎病病原菌Fusariumoxyspormf.sp.cubense(FOC)为指示菌进行香蕉枯萎病拮抗菌的分离筛选和鉴定,初筛得到16株拮抗菌,通过复筛得到1株有较强抑菌活性的拮抗菌株YL-19,其发酵液抑菌圈直径为26.26mm。通过形态特征观察、生理生化鉴定及16SrDNA序列分析将其初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillussp.)。该菌最适生长温度为37~42℃,最适初始pH值为6~8。对发酵液的抑菌物质稳定性初步研究显示抑菌物质对胰蛋白酶及紫外线照射不敏感,对强酸、强碱和温度比较敏感。盆栽试验结果表明用YL-19二次发酵的生物有机肥对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果达到74%,且对香蕉苗有明显的促生效果。
