沥青混合料车辙试验改进方法

Abstract:

分析了现行规范中车辙试验方法与路面实际存在的区别,提出在检验重载车辙时降低加载速度,补充开展沥青面层的全厚式车辙试验,在全厚式试件中形成温度梯度的车辙试验改进方法。改进了车辙试验机,提出不同加载速度下车辙试验时长确定方法和动稳定度计算方法,利用改进车辙试验机开展了沥青混合料重载低速车辙试验、均匀温度场与温度梯度下全厚式试件的车辙试验,并基于车辙试验改进方法提出了沥青混合料抗车辙性能评价方法。试验结果表明加载速度降低2/3将使沥青混合料动稳定度下降50%~70%,全厚式试件动稳定度比表面层沥青混合料动稳定度低20%~50%,这样可充分解释上坡沥青路面产生的车辙现象,车辙试验改进方法可行。
