金属封闭高压开关柜手车触头温度场仿真分析及实验研究

Abstract:

由于高压开关柜触头盒内外温升的差异性,导致盒外在线测温装置不能直接反映触头最高温度。因此针对某常用型号开关柜建立了手车触头接触正常情况和不良情况下的导电回路发热模型,利用ANSYS有限元电热耦合方法进行了仿真计算,得到了触头部位沿临近回路的温度分布特征。通过对比该型号开关柜温升实验的结果,验证了仿真计算的正确性。研究结果可为现有开关柜过热预警装置传感器安装及温度监测数据分析提供参考,有助于及时、准确地发现过热故障隐患。
