基于网络分析的生命线系统节点重要性评价――以广州市部分城区供电网络为例

Abstract:

地震灾害对各种生命线系统(如供电网、供水网和供气网等)的影响是巨大的,震后对各种生命线系统的营救也是减灾救灾的重要任务之一。而高效的减灾救灾是建立在对生命线系统的充分认识和有效评估的基础之上的准确的评价生命线系统中各个节点的重要性能有效地帮助决策者做出高效的减灾救灾决策,比如针对各个节点分配减灾救灾资源。本文从网络分析的角度出发,基于度中心度(DegreeCentrality),紧密中心度(ClosenessCentrality),介数中心度(BetweennessCentrality)三种中心度度量的方法来评价生命线系统中节点的重要性,然后通过广州市部分中心城区中的23个电站(或者变压器)组成的供电网络来验证这三种中心度度量,评价出这23个电站(或者变压器)的重要性。该项研究突出从网络的角度来分析生命线系统节点的重要性,帮助决策者认识和评估生命线系统,提高减灾救灾效率。
