叶片非均布对离心压气机气动性能及流动频谱特性的影响

Abstract:

运用数值方法,对采用不同叶片非均匀布置方案的离心压气机气动性能进行了分析,研究了叶片布置对压气机性能的影响.在此基础上,对压气机内部非定常流动进行了数值模拟.结合FFT方法对压气机无叶扩压器典型位置的压力脉动进行了频域特性分析,研究了不同叶片布置方案对无叶扩压器内的频谱与气动噪声的影响.结果表明,采用合理的叶片非均布式布置方案,可以在保持压气机性能不发生变化的情况下,有效降低离心压气机内部的压力脉动,从而起到抑制气动噪声的作用.
