基于3G网络的无线监控系统码率自适应调整算法

Abstract:

针对基于3G网络的无线监控系统中码率波动及丢包率的问题,在现有码率调控策略基础上,采用一种基于丢包率和视频延时进行网络状态的判定方法,并对现有的AIMD算法进行改进,使之能满足自适应调整的要求.该算法已在船舶及港口水域进行了测试,结果表明,在3G网络宽带条件下采用视频延时和丢包率来调整码率的方法,可使码率变化较大、丢包率数量较小,两者性能均得到较大改善.
